Welcome to Darkalitics. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Darkalitics platform available at darkalitics.com (the "Service"), operated by the Service operator ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms.
Darkalitics is an analytics intelligence platform for OnlyFans management (OFM) agencies. It centralises data from Instagram, OnlyFans (via Infloww), link shorteners (via GetMySocial) and other sources you connect through their respective APIs.
You must be at least 18 to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access.
The Service is offered under monthly plans (Starter, Pro, Agency) with a 14-day free trial. Payments are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled from Settings → Billing. Prices may be updated with 30 days prior notice.

The Service integrates with third-party APIs (Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, Resend, Anthropic, HikerAPI, Infloww, GetMySocial). Use of those APIs is subject to their own terms. The Service pays HikerAPI on your behalf as part of the plan; other integrations require you to connect your own credentials and billing goes directly to those providers. We do not mark up third-party APIs.
The source code, design, trademarks and all proprietary content of the Service are owned by the operator. Your usage data remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to process and display it as part of the Service.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. You retain access until the end of the current billing cycle. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days in case of reactivation, then permanently deleted (see Privacy Policy).
The Service is provided "as is" without express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or absolute accuracy of analytical data (which depend on third-party APIs subject to change). To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against claims, damages or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms. We will notify material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Madrid, Spain, without prejudice to applicable consumer rights in your jurisdiction where relevant.
