We know that trying a B2B SaaS is a risk, so we offer a clear guarantee so you can evaluate us without commitment.
If within the first 14 days after your FIRST payment you decide Darkalitics is not for you, we will refund 100% no questions asked. This guarantee applies once per agency and only on the first paid subscription (not on renewals or upgrades).
All new subscriptions come with a free 14-day trial during which no charge is made. If you cancel during the trial, there is no charge. The refund in section 1 applies only when you chose to continue and the first charge was processed.
After the guarantee period, monthly subscriptions are not pro-rata refundable. You may cancel anytime from Settings → Billing and will retain access until the end of the current billing cycle.
Costs for Infloww and GetMySocial are paid directly to those providers (Darkalitics does not bill them or mark up). Any refund of those APIs must be handled directly with them. HikerAPI is included in your Darkalitics plan, so the Service refund covers its usage as well.

We process refunds within 5-10 business days via Stripe to the original payment method. Crediting time to your bank account depends on your bank.
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, contact us. Most disputes are resolved faster by email and without penalties. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension.
This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights in the EU, including the 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU. For digital services provided immediately with your consent, that right of withdrawal may be lost — but our 14-day guarantee respects it equally.
